Diaconal OutReach, Care and Services (DORCAS) is an organization of the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod, Ohio District, Southern Circuit, its congregations and members. This organization intends to fund, administer and encourage a diaconal response in southern Ohio, West Virginia and northeastern Kentucky by reaching out in mercy and compassion to those in need, motivated by Christ and His Gospel, according to the Word of God and the Lutheran Confessions.
